Yup. For example, at SBR when using mobile I scroll to bottom of page and press the button that says desktop site - and the format changes to desktop view and I can access all the desktop features, then when I want mobile view/site again there is also a button at bottom of page says mobile site I can press to get out of desktop mode back to mobile mode.
